There are some things that never seem to happen in football: a player other than Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo winning the Ballon d'Or, Jurgen Klopp emerging victorious in a cup final, Newcastle United breaking their transfer record, Iceland not being described as 'underdogs' despite having a £40 million player in their squad, and Roy Keane, the former Manchester United captain, cracking a smile.
Well, that was until just recently.
Everyone - that's absolutely everyone - was mighty pleased to see a breadth of former Man United talent on their screens for punditry for France's encounter with Peru, a game that finished 1-0 to Les Bleus.
Patrice Evra, Ryan Giggs and Keane were guests on the ITV football show.

Speaking about the Red Devils, Evra was raving about Ashley Young, before Giggs quipped: "To be fair they [United] have not had a good left-back since Dennis Irwin."
This forced a smile from Keane. You can watch the video below.
Such is the rarity of the Irishman smiling, online users took to social media to express their delight - and shock - at the former midfielder expressing actual happiness.
Ireland's assistant manager has polarised viewers as a pundit. Some find him amusing, some find his often negative persona highly irritating.
What we know is, he should crack a smile more often, even if it's at the expense of former teammates.
