Sky Sports have released an official apology after Patrice Evra's comments on Wiflried Zaha's 'alleged' affair with David Moyes' daughter while he was at Manchester United.
Patrice Evra spoke about the 'false' rumour tonight, bringing it up in the pre-game broadcast between his former club and Crystal Palace.
"I remember he was such an electric player, but then he had this true or untrue affair with David Moyes' daughter," he said.

Sky Sports then took it a step further post-game with Cates releasing an official apology on behalf of Sky Sports.
"We have to clarify a comment earlier made in the program suggesting there may have been a relationship between Wilfried Zaha and David Moyes' daughter." she said.
"We understand that Wilfried Zaha has never met David Moyes' daughter and that the claim made by Patrice is false and we apologise for any offence caused."
