Pep Guardiola is one of the greatest managers in football history, and honestly it's not hard to see why.
An inspiring team-talk from the Manchester City manager was caught on camera this weekend, with the Catalonian urging his players not to feel down as they trailed 1-0 to Southampton at half-time.

City went into the break a goal down after James Ward-Prowse put the Saints into the lead in a shock goal that went against the run of play.
Heads were down in the City camp as they struggled to get back into the game, with the Saints backline holding firm and City's attacking players unable to find the right bit of inspiration to break them down.
City registered an usually high number of crosses in the first half- usually a sign that they are struggling- and as they traipsed off at the end of the first half it was starting to look like it might not be their day.
But never one to settle for second place, Pep knew exactly what to say to his players to get them fired up and over the line.

"Be together this game. Be together until the end," Guardiola said in the tunnel, captured by Man City and released via the club's social media channels

"Be positive in your minds, be positive, be positive in your minds. Rhythm, rhythm with the ball.
"Let the people up front win the game- Raz [Sterling], Kevin [De Bruyne], Sergio [Aguero] Gabby [Jesus.]
"Don't cross to cross, cross the ball with good intention. Stay positive guy. Be together 'til the end. Be together, be together.
It was like watching a master at work.

And considering the response from his City side after the break, it seems as though he used just the right words and phrases to inspire three points that could be invaluable come May.
