There has been much speculation surrounding Willian. It's reported that Manchester United and even Barcelona have registered their interested in the player, while his side, Chelsea, have done everything to ensure that they keep hold of the Brazil international, rejecting every bid that has come their way,
Jose Mourinho might receive a lukewarm reception with the Man United supporters today, but there was once a time that he was the Special One at Stamford Bridge, their golden boy.

Mourinho had two spells at Chelsea. While there, he dominated the league, before reportedly clashing with some of the players and getting sacked. He certainly brought in some talent during his time there - such as Willian - but he also made some howlers, with some players he purchased not even getting a game.
It was 2013 when he signed Willian for £30 million. But following the conclusion of this transfer, he made these bizarre purchases.
Some of these names included on this list didn't even make an appearance for Chelsea.

STIPE PERICA (ON LOAN AT FROSINONE)
The Croatian striker was signed from NK Zadar and is the first player on his list to make zero appearances for Chelsea.
CRISTIAN CUEVAS (ON LOAN AT AUSTRIA WIEN)
Another player who failed to even make an appearance for Chelsea despite the club signing him for £3 million.
MARCO VAN GINKEL (CHELSEA)

Injuries hampered the midfielder's chances from breaking through. He did well in the Dutch league and so was snapped up by the Blues.
CHRISTIAN ATSU (NEWCASTLE)
Atsu is now with the Toon Army, but when he was at the Blues he had loans at a number of clubs including Vitesse, Everton, Bournemouth, Malaga and failed to make a breakthrough.
ANDRE SCHURRLE (FULHAM)

He came to the Bridge, had a moderate success, scoring 11 goals for the side in west London, but the German mostly underwhelmed. Now he's on the way to rivals Fulham for the upcoming season.
