Son Heung-min has joined an exclusive list of only 28 players to score four times in a Premier League game after he blitzed Southampton in a 5-2 Spurs win.
Uniquely, all of Son's four goals came with the same man assisting him: Harry Kane. And Tottenham's No 10 has reason to be generous, as Kane is one of the rare few players to have netted four in this division - in Tottenham's 6-1 thrashing of Leicester in 2017.
The full list of players to bang in four in England's top tier in the post-1992, Premier League era is below and it contains some legendary names (plus a bonus Efan Ekoku).
Several Liverpool legends appear on the list, including Mo Salah and Luis Suarez, although two of the most famous four-goal hauls came against the Reds. Namely Mark Viduka's in a 4-3 win for Leeds and Andrey Arshavin's in Arsenal's 4-4 thriller at Anfield.

Against Southampton in 2020, however, the superb Son did put one chance wide which could have seen him join an even more select group. Yes, it's true: five players have netted a whopping five in a Premier League game: Andy Cole, Alan Shearer, Jermain Defoe, Dimitar Berbatov and Sergio Aguero.
For reference, it took Radamel Falcao 36 Premier League games to get to the five goals that those lads each managed in one match.
No surprise that Aguero is also part of another record-breaking group. Namely, players who've scored 4+ goals TWICE in a Premier League game. That honour belongs to Michael Owen, Robbie Fowler, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Frank Lampard, Yakubu and Aguero.

Now Kane and Son are one four-goal haul away from joining that select band of players to have done it on two occasions.
And, seeing as Kane set up every single one of Son's goals against the Saints, it's only fair that the South Korean star returns the favour and sets up four for Kane - as we're sure Harry will now remind him before every single Premier League kick-off. Enjoy!
