Olivier Giroud could well be on his way back to France, as representatives of his are trying to force a move away from Chelsea.
Giroud never got the love he's deserved in the Premier League. At Arsenal, despite scoring 105 goals in 253 games, Giroud fell under criticism for not scoring enough goals and for misses chances.
In fairness, Giroud was never a striker who could single-handedly win you the Premier League, only a player who is reliable and has a tremendous impact when coming off the bench.

The French international who's just helped his national side, France, win the World Cup, has only been at Chelsea a short while, and already he has become a fan favourite, his electrifying performance against Southampton the pick of the bunch. It was a game which tuly showed off the capabilities of the towering forward.
But now, via a report with RMC, the Frenchman's agents have been in France speaking to representatives of Marseille over a possible move this summer transfer window.
Giroud has only been at Chelsea since January but a change in management could see a change in the squad.
Would you like to see this move go through, or are Chelsea in need of their veteran striker? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
