Lionel Messi could be fined up to €1 million if he no-shows Barcelona training.
The six-time Ballon d'Or winner failed to attend a PCR test on Sunday morning which was mandatory for all first-team players.

It means the 33-year-old is unlikely to take part in Monday's training session which would be his second absence.
Spanish publication SPORT have revealed Messi could now serve huge sanctions for failing to attend without a "just cause."
Messi could be suspended without pay for between two and 10 days or even fined seven per cent of his monthly salary.

The Argentine international reportedly earns up to €4.2 million per month and he could see a big chunk of that taken away.

Salaries below or equal to €100,000 per month
Minimum: from 4,01 per cent to 5 per cent of the monthly salary.

Medium: from 5,01 per cent to 6 per cent of the monthly salary.
Maximum: from 6,01 per cent to 7 per cent of the monthly salary.
Salaries above €100,000 per month
Minimum: from 1,33 percent of the excess monthly salary.

Medium: from 1,34 per cent to 2,66 per cent of the excess monthly salary.
Maximum: from 2,67 per cent to 4 per cent of the excess monthly salary.
Even heavier sanctions would follow should Messi choose to miss Tuesday's training session.
SPORT then state: "The third and fourth successive failures to attend work, without just cause, would incur a heavy sanction."

Messi could then face missing out on pay for up to ten days or even a full month.
Salaries inferior or equal to €100,000 per month
Minimum: from 7,01 per cent to 13 per cent of the monthly salary.
Medium: from 13,01 per cent to 19 per cent of the monthly salary.
Maximum: from 19,01 per cent to 25 per cent of the monthly salary.
Salaries above €100,000 per month
Minimum: from 3,33 per cent of the excess monthly salary.
Medium: from 3,34 per cent to 6,66 per cent of the excess monthly salary.
Maximum: from 6,67 per cent to 10 per cent of the excess monthly salary.
While Messi is adamant he will be departing the Camp Nou this summer, La Liga have confirmed his whopping €700 million is still active.
