Individual highlights from Neymar's performance in midfield for Paris Saint-Germain against Reims have emerged and it proves he can play anywhere.

A Mauro Icardi double ensured a 2-0 victory on Sunday night but the real talking point was Neymar on his return from suspension.

The 28-year-old adopted the unfamiliar role of a central midfielder in a side currently ravaged by suspensions and injuries.

He still managed to be the best player on the pitch and @PARIScompsHD1 have shown how complete his performance was.

Armed with deadly passing and the world's supply of tricks up his sleeve, Neymar put on a clinic at the Stade Auguste-Delaune managing to create four clear cut chances from deep.

Fans have reacted to the former Barcelona man's performance and they think he is finally delivering on his potential.

Despite his exploits going forward, PSG boss Thomas Tuchel admitted he was disappointed with the amount of defending Neymar did.

"He did too much defensively in the first half," he told reporters per Goal.

"I wanted him to play like a 10, but he played as an 8.

"That didn't stop him from having a great game. In general, we had a good first half. We created a lot of chances, but we missed too many.

"We have to kill the game after 20 minutes. It must be three or 4-0. I'm not happy with the second half. It was not serious enough, aggressive and intense."

Tuchel went on to reveal the Brazilian could be carrying a calf problem that doctors need to check out.

"I thought it was a hit, but maybe not. I don't know yet, I need to speak with the doctors."

PSG are currently seventh in Ligue 1 and have won three games in a row, after opening their domestic campaign with two defeats.
