Brazil legend Ronaldo Nazario has been discussing his famous 2002 World Cup haircut - apologising to 'all the mothers' worldwide.
The former Real Madrid striker led his side to glory in the Japan/South Korea tournament but has gone down in infamy for another reason.

Prior to a semi-final clash with Turkey, Ronaldo shaved his head apart from one sole patch at the front of his head.
What was the reason? Ronaldo claims he suffered an injury prior to the game and didn't want to talk to the media about it.
Per Football Espana he explained: "I saw my teammates and asked, 'Do you like it?' They said, 'No, it's horrible! Cut this off!' But the journalists saw my haircut and forgot about the injury.

"I apologise to all mothers who saw their kids make the same haircut."
Ronaldo scored eight goals in 2002 as Brazil won their fifth World Cup.
He scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Germany and it earned a mega money move from Inter Milan to Real Madrid later that summer.
It was the climax of a remarkable comeback for Ronaldo, who had suffered a devastating knee injury in 2000.
He is third in the all-time scoring charts for the Selecao national team, having notched 62 goals in 98 games. Neymar surpassed him in the rankings last year and paid tribute to the icon by doing his finger-wagging celebration.

The emergence of Cristiano Ronaldo years later has seen debate rise over who is the most legendary Ronaldo.
2007 Ballon d'Or winner and AC Milan legend Kaka played with both Ronaldos but believes his compatriot was more gifted.
He told SPORTbible: "Brazilian Ronaldo was the best player I ever played with. The things I saw that guy do on the field was amazing. Ronaldo was the best I played with, but what Cristiano did - and is doing - is just unreal.
"The most important thing for me about Cristiano is the way he can motivate himself after all the achievements he has got."

Speaking to Discovery Plus, Ibrahimovic said: "I don't need to describe Ronaldo, 'The Phenomenon'.
"I always say you have the players that play the game, and the players that are the game. For me, Ronaldo is the game. When you watch him play, everyone wanted to play like him and become like him.
"The way he was moving, the way he did his stepovers, the way he did 'the snake'. The way he was moving, for me he's the greatest player through history, no doubt."
