Michael Carrick is one of Manchester United's greatest midfielders and a compilation of his 'routine' performances has fans in awe.
The former England international is regarded as one of the most underrated and under-appreciated midfielders in Premier League history.
Carrick was known for his pinpoint passing from deep and ability to control a game with ease, something manager Sir Alex Ferguson adored.

He was vital to United's Premier League dominance in the mid-2000's as well as their Champions League triumph in 2008.
It was that season Carrick established himself in the Red Devils team and one performance against Newcastle United opened everyone's eyes.
While unspectacular to the untrained eye, Carrick carved Newcastle open in a ruthless 6-0 victory at Old Trafford.
Carrick played the entire 90 minutes and split the Magpies backline regularly.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez all benefitted with by running in behind and scored five goals between them.
Ronaldo grabbed a hat-trick while Tevez notched two, with Rio Ferdinand getting the other.
Carrick was denied a goal himself after seeing a thunderbolt of a strike cleared off the line.
Fans have reacted to Carrick's performance and they're wishing United had a midfielder with his skillset right now.

Ferguson made mention of United's passing in the game and why it played such a vital role.
The Scotsman told BBC Sport: "I thought there were too many individuals in the first half. We tried to walk the ball into the net.
"Passing is the key element of our game and once we did that we were fantastic in the second half.
"We relaxed and expressed ourselves. Some of the passing and movement was absolutely outstanding."
