Jermaine Jenas has labelled Croatia international Luka Modric the greatest midfielder in the world.
Croatia play England later today in the semi-final of the World Cup. The winner will fight it out with France in the final of the tournament.

Jenas said via the BBC: "The things that make Modric such a threat to England on Wednesday are not just his vision, the fact he is a two-footed player, or his low centre of gravity and balance.
"When you consider how well balanced he is, I just don't see a better player in that area of the pitch anywhere on the planet right now."
Despite his immense talent, his ability to craft something from nothing, the most strangest thing about Modric - and it's something that's somehow occurred throughout his whole career - is just how underappreciated he is as a footballer.
Jenas might have some insight into Modric. He must have memories of the 32-year-old while they were both playing at Tottenham Hotspur. Similar to Cristiano Ronaldo, But this wasn't Modric's heyday. He - like a fine wine - has improved with age.
That said, the maestro looked as though he struggled during extra-time against Russia in the quarter-final, his legs not being what they used to be.
England's youthfulness will be a massive advantage over Croatia in the later stages of the match, but it's their biggest test in the World Cup yet.
