Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes scored against Everton just before half-time with a goal that even Eric Cantona would have been proud to call his own.

The Portuguese playmaker received the ball on the edge of the Everton box. Then he looked up and struck a beautiful, pinpoint, dipping strike - catching Robin Olsen in the Everton goal completely unawares. Dazzling.

It wasn't exactly the same as Cantona's iconic goal against Sunderland, where he finished off a one-two by chipping the ball into the net - but it definitely had some of the same breath-taking arrogance.

What a shame for United fans that it wasn't inside a packed Old Trafford, so that Fernandes could calmly rotate on the spot and soak in the adulation of the crowd.

His goal put the home side 2-0 up in the game, after Edinson Cavani's header from Marcus Rashford's superb cross had already given them the lead.

However the match incredibly turned around just after half-time, as Everton scored twice inside the first six minutes of the second half.

Goals from Abdoulaye Doucoure and James Rodriguez stunned United and put the game back level at 2-2.

With the Premier League tie still at 2-2 with just over an hour gone, it was still all to play for during one of the most eventful games of the season.
