The world's highest paid pro FIFA 20 player has been revealed and it shows how lucrative the competitive scene has become.

Fans of EA Sports' franchise will have claimed at some point they should 'go pro' after smashing their mate 5-0 - but what awaits if you do?

Donovan Hunt, who goes by the moniker of 'TekKz', has earned a staggering $376,625 in his career according to OnlineGambling.com.

The 17-year-old is ranked as the world's best FIFA player and earns $78,500 per game.

Over a year, it means he would earn a whopping $4 million if he played a game every week.

For context, it would make the Fnatic team member a higher earner than any player at Premier League sides Brighton & Hove Albion, Norwich City and Sheffield United.

The Brit has represented Liverpool's eSports team as well as The F2 and KiNG eSports.

However, Saudi Arabian player MSdossary is the man with the highest career earnings, bringing home over $550,000 in prize money.

'TekKz' may not be the highest earner yet, but his name is well known in the community and he has even offered classes to teach gamers how to master FIFA.

The 16 episode, 90 minute course covers key topics such as aggressive passing, instructions and formations, high-pressure defence, skill moves, free-kicks and more.

Commenting on the course, 'TekKz' said: "This course will completely change the way you think about FIFA.

"You'll learn the sickest skill moves, how to set up a crazy structure and most importantly how to score some cheeky goals that'll leave your opponents with their jaws stuck to the floor.

"Stomp the competition as I have been doing the past 2 years using all the secrets that I'm going to be handing out in this course. Your FIFA 20 gameplay will drastically improve as I teach you how to be relentless in the attack and build up an unstoppable force."

The youngster generated controversy back in February when he claimed the current game is 'unrewarding' and that 'anyone can win'.

"Every single game on FIFA 20 is a 50/50, he'll [defeated quarterfinals opponent Resende] win this one, I will win the next one," he said per Dextero. "Because this year's game is so unrewarding, anyone can win, guys who aren't good can win on FIFA 20."
