Jose Mourinho hilariously poked fun at Son Heung-min following his last gasp winner against Aston Villa by joking about the 'goals he missed'.

Son's second of the game sealed a 3-2 victory in the dying moments at Villa Park and spoke to Spurs TV at full-time.

During the interview, Mourinho can be heard in the background joking, "You speaking about the goals he scored or the goals he missed" before entering the shot to embrace the 27-year-old.

Son had a penalty saved in the first half before netting the rebound and missed other big chances in the game.

Fans on social media reacted to Mourinho's joke and thought the 57-year-old's jibe was hilarious.

Spurs' victory puts them within one point of Chelsea in fourth place but they didn't have it all their own way against Villa.

Dean Smith's side took the lead in the first ten minutes after Toby Alderweireld turned an Anwar El Ghazi cross into his own net.

Alderweireld then made amends for his error by volleying in the equaliser just before the half hour mark.

Spurs were awarded a penalty just before half-time after Bjorn Engels brought down Steven Bergwijn.

Son's penalty was saved by Pepe Reina but the South Korean bundled home the rebound.

Engels managed to atone for his error by equalising in the second half by bringing Villa level.

However, there was still one final twist as his attempt to control the ball let Son in to score an injury time winner.
