Harry Kane & Kalvin Phillips Were 'Brought Back To Life' Against Italy, Exactly Like Immobile

A European Championship miracle.

Harry Kane and Kalvin Phillips were 'brought back to life' during Italy vs England after realising they were facing a counter attack.

England lost Sunday's Euro 2020 final 3-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in extra-time.

It was during extra-time England got their second wind and started to get forward more in search of a winner.

Kane challenged Giorgio Chiellini for a header and went down in a heap, while Phillips was clattered by Manuel Locatelli.

Both men were left on the floor as England put pressure on the Italian defence.

However, the attack broke down and Roberto Mancini's side had a chance to counter... which saw Kane and Phillips rise to their feet.

Many have compared it to an incident during Italy's quarter-final clash with Belgium.

Ciro Immobile went down in the Belgium box and looked to be in a considerable amount of pain.

Nicolo Barella capitalised and fired home to give Italy the lead - which made Lazio striker Immobile's pain go away.

Fans have reacted to Kane and Phillips' antics and they're awfully suspicious.

One fan commented: That is just the state of football right now. I am sort of glad the ref didn't blow his whistle all willy nilly."

Another said: "They healed without a goal? That's better than Immobile!"

While someone simply added: "Insane healing powers right here."

Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka all missed their penalties and it sadly saw all three racially abused.

Captain Kane released a defiant statement on Monday evening and slammed anyone racially abusing the youngsters.

"Three lads who were brilliant all summer had the courage to step up and take a pen when the stakes were high," he said on Twitter.

"They deserve support and backing not the vile racist abuse they've had since last night. If you abuse anyone on social media you're not an England fan and we don't want you."
