Italy forward Ciro Immobile 'came back to life' after Nicolo Barella opened the scoring in their Euro 2020 clash with Belgium.

Roberto Mancini's side took the lead in the 31st minute after Barella danced through the Belgian defence before firing home.

In his path was teammate Immobile, was was down in what looked like a considerable amount of pain.

Seconds later however, the Lazio man was up on his feet and he made a miraculous recovery.

Fans noticed how quickly Immobile was back on his feet and they're doubting he was seriously injured in the first place.

Italy doubled their lead moments later after an incredible solo effort from Lorenzo Insigne.

He cut inside and left Youri Tielemans trailing, before bending in a tremendous effort past Thibaut Courtois.

Despite going 2-0 up, Belgium did find a way back into the game via a Romelu Lukaku penalty.

Giovanni Di Lorenzo shoved teenager Jeremy Doku to the ground and Lukaku hammered home his fourth goal of the tournament.

This evening's winner will clash with Spain, who defeated Switzerland earlier today, at Wembley on Tuesday evening.
