Speaking to ManUtd.com, the Frenchman revealed:

"Actually, we have a WhatsApp group and I talk with everyone every day - Wazza, Rio, Fletch, Sheasy, Wes and Ji.

"It's why I love that group, that team as we were not just a team but a family. Even up to now, we talk together every day."

Knowing those seven players stay in contact will warm many United fan's hearts considering their importance during a golden era at United.

All seven of them were part of the squad that won three Premier Leagues back to back between 2007-2009.

They also won the Champions League in 2008.

Evra's closest friend from his time at United is probably Park however.

In the years since the duo left United, the extent of their friendship has been revealed and it's heartwarming stuff.

They both joined United within six months of each other and supported one another when getting used to life in England.

Evra also visited Park's family home while United were on a pre-season tour of Asia in 2007.

The 38-year-old also shared a touching Instagram post about Park's mother after her death last year.

Evra also discussed who he looked up to during his eight years at United.

The two he states come as no surprise in the shape of Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes.

He stated when asked who were the most inspirational:

"Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes.

"Those two because I can see their passion in training and even when losing a game in training, they would be going mad."

You have to wonder if United would be in their current position if Giggs and Scholes were still around at Old Trafford.
