Cesc Fàbregas Talks About Potential Return To Arsenal, Fans Give Surprising Responses

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fàbregas has not ruled out the possibility of making a return to Arsenal -- and Gunners fans have mixed feelings.

Cesc Fàbregas has spoken about the possibility of making a surprising return to Arsenal.

The Chelsea midfielder played for Arsenal from 2003 until 2011 and made over 200 appearances for the club. However, the 31-year-old Spaniard left the club in 2011 to complete a move to Barcelona.

Looking back on his time with the Gunners, Fàbregas revealed how important the club became for him.

"Arsenal will always be in my heart and I will never forget them, so why not return? You never know," he told Marca.

"I feel fine still. In seven months, my contract ends with Chelsea.

"It will be 16 seasons playing at the highest level, over 750 games, a lot of training, travelling...

"I feel young and strong, but maybe I can't do 60 games a season.

"With my style, I think I can keep playing for longer and obviously I want to keep playing for many years."

Surprisingly, Arsenal fans had mixed feeling about the London club opening the door for him again.








Earlier this month, Fàbregas entered the Guinness World Records 2019 after setting a new record in the Premier League.
