A football fan has managed to win £643.85 on a seven game accumulator - despite the football season being ravaged by the coronavirus.

Twitter user @TMC_Max uploaded his betting slip to social media with the caption: "Put this on for a laugh other day and woke up to this."

On the accumulator is a mixture of games from the Belarusian Football League and the K League 1 in South Korea.

Belarus has been one of the only football leagues in the world still continuing throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

Meanwhile, K League 1 finally began yesterday after having it's original start date in February pushed back.

Max stuck £5 on the seven fold acca and likely couldn't believe his luck when he saw every single result come in.

One of the games included is Jeonbuk Motors vs Suwon Bluewings, which was aired on BBC iPlayer in the UK on Friday morning.

It was the first live football many fans had watched in over two months and BBC's viewing figures for the game were outstanding.

1.8 million fans watched the game live on Twitter while the BBC themselves boasted viewing figures of over 20,000.

It was great to have some live football back on the telly.

Next weekend will also see the return of the Bundesliga on BT Sport, with Borussia Dortmund taking on Schalke in the Revierderby.
