The upcoming documentary focusing on Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard will be coming to Amazon Prime Video.

Make Us Dream chronicles the former Reds captain's time at the club and a football career that saw him win several trophies, including the FA Cup, League Cup, UEFA Super Cup and Champions League.

The biopic will be available first in UK cinemas from 15th November and will arrive later on Prime Video.

James Gay-Rees has been involved in the documentary, having previously worked on biopics that include Senna (2010), Amy (2015) and Oasis: Supersonic (2016).

"After experiencing Gerrard's story through his own eyes, you'll never think about elite football in the same way again," the producers said (via Variety).

Sam Blair has been responsible for bringing Make Us Dream to life.

"Make Us Dream is an ambitious, cinematic film that reaches beyond sport," he said.

"It tells a story that is both deeply personal and reflective of a wider story of our times."

The former England international played for Liverpool's youth academy before he broke into the first team. During his time at Anfield, he made 504 appearances for the club and scored 120 times.

He spent one season at LA Galaxy before he decided to hang up his boots. Often regarded as one of the best English midfielders of all time, he has since stepped into his first managerial role with Rangers.
