Adama Traore's body transformation from 2012 to now is downright ridiculous.

The Wolves winger has been one of the most improved players in the Premier League this season.

His raw speed and strength is unmatched by most in the Premier League, so it's crazy to see how far he's come in the last seven years.

Furthermore, he told Marca that he doesn't do any kind of weight work at the gym.

He said to the Spanish publication back in 2018: "I train every day with my physical coach, people ask if I do weights or on social media they ask if I take something or what I do, but I don't, it's just prevention and physical work, I don't do work to get muscle because I get muscle really quickly.

"No, I haven't lifted a single weight. I know people won't believe it, but it's true."

It's an astonishing physique for someone with no weight training.

Traore was a promising young winger in Barcelona's 'La Masia' set up back in 2012.

He was only 16 but you'd be forgiven for assuming he'd never be blessed with the physicality he has right now.

The 23-year-old has had a strange career which saw him swap Barcelona for the Midlands.

He made one appearance for Barceona before being sold to Aston Villa in 2015.

Villa endured a shambolic season and were relegated from the Premier League in 2016.

Traore was then sold to Middlesbrough with who he enjoyed relative success.

Despite a second consecutive Premier League relegation with Boro, the Spaniard flourished for a season in the Championship.

Wolves snapped him up for £18 million in 2018 and he's gone on to become a fan favourite.

So far this season, 25 different players have been booked for fouling him which just shows how much of a menace he is to defenders.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has praised the winger for his persistence and not reacting to the clear targeting from opposition players.

"This is the way to play football," Nuno said per expressandstar.com.

"You cannot take justice into your own hands. You have the judge on the pitch and that is the referee.

"This is the way we work and how we tell our players to be - trust the referee. We tell all our players, and we don't dive. It's as simple as that."
