Mason Mount gave SPORTbible a peek behind the curtain of England's training base at St George's Park in Burton.
The 20-year-old has been in stellar form for Chelsea this season and earned a spot in Gareth Southgate's squad for the games against Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
Mount showed viewers what it's like at the National Football Centre during an international break and revealed his pride at wearing the Three Lions badge on his chest.
He said: "It's a massive honour to put the England shirt on.

"In the past, maybe putting that shirt on has felt heavy. But I think, definitely now, when you put that shirt on, you get this sense of being fearless."
