Manchester United fans are calling for Scott McTominay to be named captain following a brilliant performance against Chelsea last night.
United advanced to the Carabao Cup Quarter-final's following a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge which saw Marcus Rashford score a breathtaking free kick.
But McTominay also caught many the eye of many United supporters and one key moment showed his leadership qualities.
The 22-year-old was seen ordering his teammates into position late in the game as United looked to hold on to their one goal lead.

The Scotland international has become a key player in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this season and some fans think he could be the man to be United captain.
Some have even compared him to legendary skipper Roy Keane, who's combative nature made him a United legend.

That armband could take him to the next level. Rashford got man of the match but McTominay was the real man of the match imo. Reminded me of Keane when he was on a yellow in 99 against Juve, just not quite as big a game.

McTominay put in a very accomplished performance alongside Fred in the United midfield.
It just adds to the phenomenal season he is having despite troubles the 'Red Devils' have had.

McTominay has played 887 of a possible 900 Premier League minutes and has become the key midfielder in Paul Pogba's injury absence.
It's a far cry from how the midfielder was viewed this time last season.
Former boss Jose Mourinho was a big fan of McTominay but fans thought he was not performing at the required level.
It's safe to say that most of those have changed their mind now.
He has become much more confident in terms of taking players on, with more than forwards such as Mohamed Salah and Riyad Mahrez in the Premier League.
Scott McTominay has completed 15 take-ons in the league this season, more than:

Ashley Young is currently club captain at United but Harry Maguire has taken the armband in two of the last three games.
You have to wonder if McTominay will be in the discussion for new captain in the future.
