Liverpool will still be without Alisson and Naby Keita for their trip to Burnley on Saturday night.

Spanish goalkeeper Adrian will continue in goal for Jurgen Klopp's side, who have won their opening three games of the campaign.

Klopp will also be faced with a defensive dilemma of whether to stick with Joel Matip in the centre of defence alongside Virgil van Dijk, or bring in Joe Gomez.

Gomez struggled in the season opener against Norwich and was replaced by Matip, but he could find a way in at right back if Trent Alexander-Arnold is given a rest.

Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum are expected to start in midfield with James Milner, Adam Lallana and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the bench.

Liverpool's front three of Roberto Firmino, Mo Salah and Sadio Mane are all fit and fresh and have made a rapid start to the new season.

All three of them have found the score sheet in August, and are expected to start at Turf Moor on Saturday night.

Steven Defour and Robbie Brady are out for the home side with calf and rib injuries respectively.

Johann Berg Gudmundsson is on his way back from a calf injury while Danny Drinkwater could also feature.

Liverpool possible starting line-up: Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Salah, Mane, Firmino.
