David Beckham was on the receiving end of a 'You look lonely' chant from the LAFC crowd on Sunday night and other fans think the chant is ridiculous.
The Inter Miami co-owner was in attendance for his side's first ever MLS game on Sunday evening and they were defeated 1-0.
Before the game, Beckham sat in the Banc of California Stadium and cut a forlorn figure.
Home fans who had arrived to the game early chanted at Beckham on the opposite end of the ground.
"You look lonely!" :speaking_head:

Miami fell to defeat thanks to a glorious chip from former Arsenal forward Carlos Vela.
The Mexican scored the game's only goal in the 44th minute as he evaded three Inter Miami players before finding the back of the net with a stunning lob over goalkeeper Luis Robles.
His goal proved to be the match winner and got his side off to a winning start to the season.
Despite the defeat, former England captain Beckham urged that 'exciting times are ahead' for his new franchise.
"Very proud moment for our club today and the team did us proud," he said per Evening Standard.
"It's been a long journey but this is only the beginning. To Diego [Alonso], the team and our entire staff...we should be very proud how far we have come and what the future holds.
"Exciting times ahead."
Inter Miami return to action on Saturday when they take on DC United.
Beckham will likely be hoping that the DC fans don't troll him as harshly as the LAFC faithful.
