Cristiano Ronaldo played his home debut for Juventus today - and during the game he uncharacteristically missed an open goal.

The world superstar made the move from Real Madrid to Juve for a fee thought to be in the region of £100 million this summer.

There is much to expect from the former Manchester United star - but he is still yet to get a goal in a competitiive game for the Old Lady.

In a match against Lazio, Ronaldo had the chance to kill the game off, but he fluffed his shot.

World Cup star Mario Mandzukic, though, was there to tap the ball in and kill the game off.

But Ronaldo, despite criticism that he receives, is actually all about teamwork.
