'Carra' believes North London duo Tottenham and Arsenal will make up the top four, with the former being down to manager Mauricio Pochettino sticking around at Spurs.
"Liverpool will be the closest challengers again, but keeping Mauricio Pochettino was crucial for Spurs," he adds.
He also believes Arsenal will be stronger with their slew of signings over the summer, including Kieran Tierney, David Luiz & Nicolas Pepe as the stand outs.

On the flip-side, Rio Ferdinand also expects Arsenal miss out on the Champions League again but thinks old club Manchester United will get back into the top four.
Per The Sun, Ferdinand discussed his predictions.
"Fourth. I think we'll finish Champions League position. I really hope we do.
"Chelsea and Arsenal in Europa. Spurs and United for the Champions League. City to win it, Liverpool second."

Ferdinand also delved into what he thinks has changed at Old Trafford over the summer.
"There's been a new idea, transfer policy wise, young British hungry players.
United signed Harry Maguire, Aaron-Wan Bissaka and Daniel James over the summer.
Those players add to a squad the 40-year-old believes will be much more physically prepared for the new campaign.

"When you watch their preseason, they look fit, working hard. It's a big difference. If you can add fitness levels to your team, then they can start carrying out what he wants them to do.
"I don't think they could carry out what he wanted them to do last season because of their fitness.
"If that's a big change, there's a good chance they can finish higher than they did last season."
In terms of the bottom of the table, Ferdinand picks a surprise relegation for Ralph Hasenhuttl's Southampton as well as immediate returns to the Championship for Norwich City and Aston Villa.
He does pick Chris Wilder's Sheffield United as a surprise package for the season.
