PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino has rubbished rumours that Kylian Mbappé is set to join Real Madrid this deadline day
Mbappé, 22, has been heavily linked with a move to the Bernebau this summer, with the Spanish TV channel El Chiringuito TV constantly suggesting a deal is imminent.
But when asked about Mbappé's future today, the French forward's manager was defiant and jokingly told reporters to give a 'big hug' to all at El Chiringuito TV, including lead presenter Josep Pedrerol.

Pedrerol has been adamant that Mbappé will join Real Madrid this summer. In April 2021, he told the channel 'I repeat, Mbappé will play for Real Madrid next season' and today he said a deal was still 'possible'.
On Monday, however, Sky Sports News reported that PSG were not entertaining the one and only bid Real Madrid have made for Mbappé, which was somewhere in the region of £154.4 million.
It is believed that Real Madrid will revive their interest in Mbappé in the January transfer window, which opens on New Year's Day.
Ancelotti, as quoted by Goal, admitted that Mbappé was a 'great player' before Madrid's 1-0 win against Real Betis this weekend but that a potential transfer involving his side was 'a thing for those managing the club'.
Since joining PSG initially on loan in 2017, Mbappé has quickly developed into one of the best players in the world, scoring a staggering 94 goals in 111 games. He's also impressed on the international stage, netting 17 times in 48 appearances for France, which includes a stunning strike in the 2018 World Cup Final.
So whilst Pedrerol might be proven wrong this summer, don't be surprised to see Real Madrid test Pochettino and PSG's nerves again in the new year.
