Gabby Agbonlahor Being Out For Aston Villa Is Just Embarrassing

Oh dear!

Aston Villa's entire season has been one embarrassment after another. Even the fact they aren't technically down yet because there's a chance they'd stay up if they win their remaining fixtures is embarrassing, yeah they've won three all season they're suddenly going to do that.

Last week Villa were the talk of more embarrassment, first "striker," he's scored once all season, Gabby Agbonlahor was suspended for his shisha smoking holiday in Dubai, then the club forked out £2 million to have the word "prepared" removed from their badge and then they had to scrap the end of season awards.

And it just gets worse! The club's Twitter account today revealed that their once suspended 'striker,' who's since been cleared of any wrongdoing, won't be playing this weekend, or the next two weeks, because he's so out of shape he needs a personal training regime:

This is really bad! Firstly that this is actually a thing and secondly you'd surely just claim he had a hamstring injury from training not "oh sorry our most experienced player isn't playing because he ate too much during his holiday in Dubai." Sort yourselves out lads!

Remember this all follows on from a season that has seen players argue with fans, laugh whilst losing and Joleon Lescott's infamous pocket tweet incident.

The pain could all be over before Villa even kick a ball this weekend if Norwich get a point or three against Sunderland in the early kick off.

He has a point...
