David de Gea made his latest high profile mistake, as he was caught out of position to hand Ukraine their winning goal against Spain.
The Manchester United goalkeeper first came under pressure for Spain at the 2018 World Cup and his form soon dipped for his club side too.

Dean Henderson's form for Sheffield United last season, and subsequent return to Old Trafford, put even more pressure on the Spaniard.
So far this season De Gea hasn't made any huge errors for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team and he's actually been in good form for his country, however on Tuesday night he undid all his recent good work.
The former Atletico Madrid number one was massively out of position when Viktor Tsygankov beat him for the only goal of the game after a Ukraine counter attack.
De Gea's mistake was the 2010 World Cup winners first loss in their Nations League group, after two wins and a draw previously, but it didn't cost them top spot.

Germany and Switzerland played out a crazy 3-3 draw, with the Swiss going 2-0 and 3-1 up away from home, leaving them one point behind Spain.
Whilst the error for his national team is unlikely to cost him a place in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's starting XI it will add more voices to those calling for Henderson to take his place.
The defence in front of the goalkeeper at Old Trafford certainly hasn't helped things, with United conceding 11 times in their opening three league games this season.
