Cristiano Ronaldo is currently lapping up glory after winning his fourth Champions League winner's medal last night but he might regret one of his social media posts from earlier today.

As he so often is, Ronaldo was the man of the moment for Real Madrid last night as Los Blancos defeated Juventus 4-1 in Cardiff, with the Portuguese superstar scoring twice on the night.

He did it without hardly breaking sweat, and celebrated with his son, girlfriend, mother and son on the Millennium Stadium pitch.

At the age of 32 and without too long left as an absolute elite footballer, Ronnie was probably taking a trip down memory lane when he posted this image of his younger self with the slogan 'Just Do It', the catchphrase of his sponsors Nike:

There's just one tiny problem: the young Ronaldo you see in the picture was apparently wearing an Adidas jumper at the time:

It just goes to show you - even Ronaldo can get things wrong sometimes.
