Brentford goalkeeper David Raya scored one of the worst own goals when he turned a simple situation into disaster by miscontrolling ball, nutmegging himself, and failing to stop the ball going in.
The visitors bossed most of the first half of their game against Hull City on Saturday afternoon and led 2-0 through goals from Said Benrahma and an own goal from Reece Burke after just 20 minutes.
However Raya gave the home side a chance just eight minutes later. A through ball from Hull centre back Ryan Tafazolli went straight to the keeper's fit but he somehow turned it into his own net.
A slice of luck, but Tafazolli will take the goal as the Tigers halve the deficit!

Jaw-droppingly bad from David Raya Martin. Scarcely believable. Tries to control and it goes under his foot and into the net.

David Raya what are you doing ♂️

David Raya definitely had a bet on both teams to score #HULBRE

At half time the Bees had dominated the opening 45 minutes with 11 shots to Hull's two, with the home side officially not having an effort on target despite their goal, and the visitors also holding 69% of possession.
Thomas Frank's side haven't won in their past two games but their previous form, as well as West Brom and Leeds struggling in recent weeks, has taken them to within touching distance of the automatic promotion places.

Hull are currently in 14th place in the Championship and are eight points off the play-off places but lost Jarrod Bowen to West Ham on deadline day.
The forward had scored 16 goals and got seven assists in 29 league games so far this season and will be a huge miss for them.
They can't rely on David Raya mistakes all season.
