Cesc Fabregas' season may be all but done, with Chelsea having nothing to play for and, judging by their abject performance against Manchester City at the weekend, no motivation to even see the season out, but the Spanish midfielder still turned in a fine performance last night, albeit it in the studio for Monday Night Football.
The former Barcelona and Arsenal man joined Jamie Carragher in the Sky Sports studio ahead of Spurs' visit to Stoke and aside from discussing the night's Premier League action, Cesc also selected his Premier League team of the season, with his XI containing more than a few players from Chelsea's closest rivals Arsenal, Spurs and West Ham.
Unsurprisingly, given their wretched form this season, no Chelsea players make the cut.
