Now that's been settled, fans want to know about the official song for this year's tournament, which will be performed tonight to open the games.
We Are the People
'We Are the People' is the official Euro 2020 soundtrack.

It'll be performed by three legendary artists at the opening ceremony in Rome this evening: no less than U2's Bono and The Edge, and Martin Garrix.
The song has got a real classic U2 tempo and sound to it, with a Martin Garrix electronic twist in the chorus.
Martin Garrix released the music video on his YouTube channel in May and the song is available to download.

The video features scenes of Bono and The Edge singing on a rooftop at sunset, clips of young football fans preparing to watch the game and footage of football games too. It's got all the ingredients of a classic football soundtrack music video.

Vindaloo Two
In other news, an unofficial Euro 2020 song is in the making, with a number of famous faces joining forces to record a remake of the Vindaloo song.

Danny Dyer, Two Pints Of Lager... star Will Mellor, Paddy McGuinness, Keith Lemon and original Fat Les member Keith Allen all feature in 'Vindaloo Two'.
All proceeds from the track are going to NHS Charities Together.

Ed Sheeran to perform at Euro opening ceremony
On 4th June, Ed Sheeran confirmed he'd be performing his new single via a TikTok live stream at the Euro's 2020.
The singer will be filmed at his local football club, Ipswich Town Football Club, on 25th June at 9pm BST.

It will be available exclusively on Ed Sheeran's TikTok channel on 25th June and later made public on 26th June and 9th July for global audiences. That's according to NME.
"Can't wait to perform at TikTok's UEFA Euro's 2020 Show live from Portman Road," said Sheeran. "It's a place I love and I'm looking forward to performing some fan faves as well as my new track for the first time! See you on June 25."
TikTok is an official sponsor of the tournament.
The Euro's 2020 is set to start at 7pm BST with the opening ceremony. The first match of the month-long tournament, Italy v Turkey, kicks off after.
