Prices For Euro 2020 Final Tickets Are Off The Scale

Tickets for England's eagerly-anticipated Euro 2020 final clash with Italy at Wembley Stadium are being sold online for an eye-watering £20,000.

Scenes of jubilation erupted across the nation on Wednesday night after the Three Lions reached their first major international tournament since 1966. It's really coming home this time, isn't it?

Home fans will now be daring to dream the prospect of winning the European Championships on home soil moved to within touching distance - but those wanting to watch it live will have to fork out staggering sums of money to do so.

The highest-priced tickets for the final listed on eBay were two seats sat next to each other for £15,000

Despite strict UEFA regulations banning their resale above face value, seats are going for mammoth five-figure sums. Talk about burning a hole in your pocket!

Elsewhere, on ticketing site Ticombo, two seats for Sunday's eagerly-anticipated clash between England and Italy are being offered for a staggering £40,000.

Meanwhile, the highest-priced tickets for the final listed on eBay were two seats sat next to each other for £15,000, while Seatsnet was offering tickets to Sunday's game for £5,000 each. Ridiculous, right?

The disgustingly high prices reflect the fact that all the tickets release by UEFA to the general public so far have been snapped up.

Reports suggest as many as 90,000 fans could watch the final on Sunday and the atmosphere promises to be electric. Watching from the pub might be the best way to save a couple of grand, though, eh?
