Chelsea have 'agreed personal terms' with Borussia Dortmund ace Erling Haaland after they made a bid to sign the striker this summer, it is claimed.

After finding the back of the net 49 times inside 52 games, Haaland has attracted interest from all across the world, however, it is Chelsea that are in pole position to land the Norweigan talisman.

And according to a sensational news report, it is believed that the current champions of Europe have tabled their first official bid for the Dortmund star - though it's unlikely to satisfy the German outfit.

Haaland is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world right now and it comes as no surprise, too, especially given his glowing form for both club and country.

As a result of his stellar performances week in, week out, Chelsea have made a shrewd offer to try and prize the Norway captain to Stamford Bridge with a player plus cash offer, according to TEAMtalk.

Their report suggests that the Blues have offered Dortmund £60m, as well as their out-of-favour striker Tammy Abraham - who is valued at around £35m - for his services.

There is no mention of any response from Dortmund but, if true, it proves how serious they are about landing the superstar.

And if Dortmund reject the Abraham-plus-cash deal to sign Haaland, then at least £150m will have to suffice.

That is the fee said to be the price Dortmund have demanded should any team try and prise the 20-year-old away this summer.

It's been reported that Haaland's release clause, which becomes active in 2022, is in the region of £68m.

For now, though, time will have to tell if Chelsea can reach an agreement for Haaland, but it is more than likely that they will have to front at least £100m, plus Abraham to do just that.
