England are just two games away from etching their names into European footballing history, but they must get through Ukraine first.

Gareth Southgate's men will travel to Rome and play under lights at the Stadio Olimpico, with both teams looking to secure a place in the coveted semi-finals of Euro 2020.

The Three Lions secured their place in the tournament last eight with a famous victory over Germany in the last-16, cementing themselves as the new red hot tournament favourites.

The victory, courtesy of second-half goals from Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane, was their first over their old rivals in a knockout game for 55 years. It was well worth the wait, too, wasn't it?

Meanwhile, Ukraine qualified for the knockout phase as one of the four best third-placed teams behind the Netherlands and Austria in Group C.

Andriy Shevchenko's side had Sweden to thank for beating Poland in their final group game to ensure that, only to then go on to knock them out in the last-16 themselves. Ouch.
