England welcome Austria to the Riverside Stadium for one of two warm-up friendlies on Wednesday evening, just one day after Gareth Southgate chose his final Euro 2020 squad.

The Three Lions boss named his final 26-man squad for the European Championships on Tuesday, with Trent Alexander-Arnold making the cut and Jesse Lingard, James Ward-Prowse and Ollie Watkins all missing out.

As it stands, England are the second-favourites to win Euro 2020 according to the bookmakers, behind 2018 World Cup champions France and just ahead of Belgium, the world's number one ranked team.

In tonight's game, fresh talents in Jude Bellingham and Jack Grealish could both start and will hope to impress Southgate ahead of England's opening match of the tournament against Croatia on Sunday, 13 June.

Meanwhile, none of Ben Chilwell, Reece James, Kyle Walker, Mason Mount, Phil Foden or Raheem Sterling are available to Southgate.

Instead, the Three Lions will have a makeshift look about them in their penultimate game before the tournament.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of the game.

When is England vs Austria?

The match kicks off at 8pm on Wednesday, 2 June at the Riverside Stadium, the home of Championship side Middlesborough.

Where can I watch it?

The game will be shown live on ITV 1 and can be streamed online via the ITV Hub.

England team news

Gareth Southgate isn't likely to call upon any of the Chelsea or Manchester City players involved in last weekend's Champions League final.

England are also sweating over the fitness levels of Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson, while Jesse Lingard will feature in the game, despite not being picked in the final 26-man squad.
