Cristiano Ronaldo returned for pre-season training with Juventus on Monday - but his future in Serie A still remains unclear.
The 36-year-old's €30m-a-year contract runs out next summer and Juventus risk losing him for nothing in 2022, unless they sell the forward this summer or offer him a new deal.
In recent months, Ronaldo has been heavily linked with a move away from the Allianz Stadium and was set to leave the club if they missed out on securing Champions League qualification for next season - with PSG tipped among those to sign him.
Last week, Gazzette dello Sport claimed Ronaldo will decide to stay at Juventus for the 2021-22 campaign, with the club backing that decision, too.

It has been reported that Ronaldo had become frustrated at the end of the season with former Juve boss Andrea Pirlo benching him because of "fatigue" for their final league game.
The 36-year-old then curiously posted on Instagram to say he had accomplished everything he had wished to achieve since arriving in Italy.
Those comments led to speculation over his future, despite him having another 12 months on his deal in Turin.
For Juventus, however, Ronaldo's eye-watering wage of nearly a million-a-week could be deemed to be holding them back financially as they look to add quality to other parts of the pitch.

The Portuguese phenomenon had been given extra time off following his exploits at Euro 2020, where he secured the Golden Boot with five goals.
And just last week, Ronaldo posted a cryptic message on social media which sparked further speculation over his future.
Posing next to his Rolls Royce, Ronaldo wrote "Decision day" in an Instagram post that quickly earned seven million likes. Make of that what you will.
