McDonald's Is Offering Free McMuffins Tomorrow Morning For World Cup Sore Heads

McDonald's, the ultimate heroes when we're suffering from an alcohol-induced illness, is the gift that keeps on giving. A little like England's set-pieces at the moment.

As the Three Lions prepared for their game against Croatia, our favourite stop for a fast-food feast dropped an absolute bombshell.

Yes, you read it right, the golden arches will be offering free McMuffins tomorrow morning for those of us that will undoubtedly be suffering from a semi-final World Cup hangover - win or lose.

It's only natural, while sinking your ninth pint, to be a bit apprehensive about your poor old head tomorrow morning. We get it.

And so do McDonald's because the fast food hero among LADs has decided to give a helping hand and we couldn't be more appreciative.

Maccies followed this up with another tweet which read: "Also available via Click and Collect through the McDonald's Mobile App! (18+ - Subject to availability and usual delivery charge; UK Only; UberEats T&Cs apply offer available until 10:30am on Thursday 12 July)"

It's almost as if the Maccie Gods want us to wish the night away, isn't it?

And people are about as happy as they bloody well should be, with one saying: "If they win celebrate with a free McDonald's if they lose get a free one and buy one to make yourself feel better".

We're a little pissed off that someone is doubting our LADs' ability.

Another told their mate: "You might need this in the morning hun if you even make it home that is". It's coming home... but he's clearly not.

Whether you've done the smart thing and booked the day off, rung in sick (not advisable), or are on your way to work tomorrow morning - it's probably wise to set off a little early because the McDonald's queue will be absolute carnage.

Whatever you're doing, you spread your wings and redeem a free sausage, egg or bacon McMuffin within either the McDonald's or UberEats app. You worked hard for it tonight, don't let anyone tell you different.
