Woman With An ‘Iron Bum’ Reveals Incredible Body Transformation
Women around the world have tried many methods to boost their bum, whether it's through implants, injections or other weird ways. Some succeed in boosting their derriere, however it seems as though it never pays off for them in the long run.
Well, one woman, who looks like she's worked damn hard for her body, is showing what it looks like when you commit to the bodybuilder life.
Bakhar Nabieva, from Dnipropetrovsk, in western Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast region, is just 24 years old and she's been dubbed the woman with the 'Iron Bum'.
But she hasn't always looked like the toned woman she is today.
Ms Nabieve said: "I was a very skinny child, had thin legs, and all my classmates made fun of me. So, I decided to change the situation, I was tired of people looking at me.
"I started going to the gym and had no idea how to build an exercise routine correctly, so I just started working on the physical part, and one day I woke up and looked in the mirror and I saw some muscles.
"Once I saw the result of developing muscles nothing could stop me."
And it looks like she genuinely hasn't skipped leg day ever.
You would never want to be on the receiving end of a roundhouse kick from Bakhar.
She's got a whopping 1.7 million followers on Instagram where she posts photos of her looking more ripped than you'll probably ever be. Genuinely, how the hell does someone look like that.
Bakhar has been asked again and again what her secret is and she told her social media followers: "Many of you ask me about my diet. The answer is there is no diet.
"When you have fast metabolism, you eat everything and get no fat but yes of course I eat a lot of meat and carbs but also candies and shit like this.
"My body just doesn't want to gain fat but I think it's going to slow down when I'm 25 or something."
I think the Seafood Diet (see food and I eat it) sounds like a bloody good lifestyle to follow.
This is definitely the way to go if you want a proper defined bum, not like the people whose behinds get botched in shoddy operations and they're left not being able to stand, sit or walk.
But obviously you're going to have to put the work in to achieve Bakhar's physique.
