Conor Slater, who manages Irish boxer Dylan Moran, has hit back at Jake Paul, after the YouTuber disrespected the boxer in his latest attempts to call out Conor McGregor.

Paul has had two professional boxing fights, one against a fellow YouTuber and one against a former NBA star, and his 2-0 record has led him to want to fight UFC star McGregor.

The American has tried all sorts of ways to call out the former two weight UFC champion, including following his wife on social media, throwing water balloons at teammate Dillon Danis and just outright calling the Irishman out.

So far McGregor's making him look like the clown he is by not rising to the bait at all and simply concentrating on his UFC fight with Dustin Poirier on January 23rd.

Paul's latest tactic is to call out another McGregor teammate. He posted on social media mocking the Notorious' sparring partner Moran, who is a 16-1 boxer, posting the Irishman's only loss to date.

Moran's manager, Conor Slater, has now responded. "I just feel he can't get away with that. I don't think we should let him get away with that, particularly in the case of Dylan," he told Irish-boxing.com.

"Every boxer deserves respect for getting in the ring and boxing should never lose sight of that or allow a YouTuber try and make us lose sight of that.

"Dylan has fought back from that defeat and some other hard times of late to put himself in a great position going into 2021. I have seen close hand the effort, dedication and determination that took and I can't stand for a YouTuber trying to slag him off. He is disrespecting Dylan and the sport of boxing.

"If he wants to comment let him see what it's like to fight Dylan. He needs to step up and fight Dylan Moran. I promise you Dylan makes a mockery of him and knocks him out.

"I hope fans get behind Dylan now, I hope they don't allow a Youtuber mock a 16-1 credible fighter."

The 26-year-old from Waterford called on Jake, or brother Logan, to turn up at UFC 257 saying, "I have seen the video and personally I find it very disrespectful.

"If he or Logan shows up I will sleep those boys. They need to be taught some manners."

The two Paul brothers have had their own disagreements with Logan telling his brother to stop calling McGregor out and the younger sibling Jake hitting back at Logan for his fight with Floyd Mayweather.

It'll be interesting to see if the 23-year-old social media star can keep the feud going without McGregor or if the UFC fighter will eventually respond.
