Floyd Mayweather takes on YouTuber Logan Paul in an exhibition fight next month, and the social media star has some tactics in mind to pick up an unlikely win.

Paul has had two outings inside the ring, both against fellow YouTuber KSI, and only one of those was a professional fight which he lost.

However his star power, which is considerably stronger than his punching power, has led him to an exhibition fight with the most famous boxer on the planet, and a man with a 50-0 professional record in Mayweather.

Despite his size advantage, most people don't give the YouTube star much chance of beating 'Money,' and understandably. According to one coach, Paul is hoping to learn some 'veteran tactics' in his preparation to beat the former four weight champion.

Daniel Hernandez, who trains Paul's sparring partner Angel Lozano, explained the tactics. "Even though he's a beginner he needs to use a lot of veteran tactics, like forearm on the inside, push off, pushing his head down with his other arm," Hernandez told the Sun.

"He's going to have to use a lot of things he maybe doesn't know yet but hopefully learns very quickly on how to fight like a seasoned pro.

"But you need to be a veteran to do those things, so does he have enough time to learn that? Probably not, but hopefully Logan goes in there confident."

The 25-year-old's only fights so far have been at the cruiserweight limit of 200 pounds whilst Mayweather's last professional fight, against Conor McGregor in 2017, was at light middleweight, with the American weighing in at just under 150 lbs.

Paul will also have a six inch height advantage over his opponent and Fanmio CEO Solomon Engel thinks that could help Paul, saying, "Logan does have some size difference.

"He's many inches taller, many pounds heavier and when you look at size and how that could affect the match, there's really no telling what the outcome could be.

"I do think that it will be competitive because Floyd has an incredible amount of skill and he's going to bring that to the table and Logan has size."

Paul's brother Jake has also been in the headlines in the 'fight game' in recent weeks, with the younger Paul constantly calling out McGregor and other MMA stars.

The 23-year-old has a 2-0 record in boxing, having beaten a fellow YouTuber and a former NBA star in his two fights to date.
