Jake Paul Announces Floyd Mayweather As His Trainer For His KSI Fight

As if the Mayweather - McGregor boxing match last summer wasn't a big enough farce, the world might be in for an even larger pugilistic shitshow.
Youtubers Jake Paul and KSI are hyping their potential bout, with Paul pulling a trump card on his prospective rival: none less than Mr Mayweather himself.
KSI has already fought one Youtuber, Joe Weller, and beat him handily, and called out Jake Paul and Paul accepted, leading to a war of words over, of course, YouTube.
With respective subscriber bases of 13 million for Paul and 18 million for KSI, there's certainly an audience for their shenanigans, and with actual boxing talent in the form of Floyd Mayweather now potentially attached to the fight, perhaps it might even grow an audience beyond teenagers in their bedrooms.
"Hey @KSIOlajidebt meet my new trainer!! His name is Floyd! Good luck!!" wrote Jake, with a link to a video featuring himself an the man also known as Money, who retired with a 50-0 record after defeating Conor McGregor in August.
Given that Mayweather, along with his unbeaten record, also fought the likes of Manny Pacquiao, Canelo Alvarez, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto and well, you get the point.
KSI looked pretty tough in taking down Joe Weller, and made a fair few quid out of it too we suspect: the fight got 12 million views on YouTube, was sponsored by JD Sports and took place at the Copper Box in London, where actual real boxing matches between actual real boxers take place.
Of course, there's a little bit more to it than just a boxing match. More, in fact, because has said that he wants the fight to be a mixed martial arts bout.
Certain man need humbling. You can talk all you want but when I'm in your face beating the shit out of you, we'll see how much talking you'll be doing then...

"Gets Floyd as his trainer, and still wants MMA? Smh, get the fuck outta here..." tweeted KSI yesterday evening, a tweet that garnered nearly 50,000 likes.
Jake Paul proposed the idea himself and has posted videos of himself training both boxing and kicking - though previously he claimed not to know who KSI was.
Floyd was noticeably reticent to take on Conor in an MMA bout - though, you have to ask, why would he not be? - and thus it might be a stretch to think that Money Mayweather would be much help if it went that way.
Still, you don't get the moniker of 'Money' without knowing your way to a quid or two, and regardless of the silliness involved in these fights, there clearly is an audience willing to part with cash to see it. So expect Floyd to be nearby.
