Former two-time heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs was involved in numerous clashes during the weigh-in event between KSI and Logan Paul at the Staples Center on Friday.

The 47-year-old, who has been training the American YouTuber ahead of Saturday night's main event in Los Angeles, appeared to punch a member of KSI's team, as well as ignite beef with trainer Viddal Riley.

As you can see in the footage below, Briggs and Riley appear to exchange words before the former heavyweight champion throws a punch at a man wearing a white shirt. Things quickly turned sour as people were restrained by security.

Sky Sports cameras caught the aftermath of the brawl between both teams, cutting off coverage of Joe Weller and Ethan Payne to focus on the moment a furious Riley was restrained.

"Chill out," Briggs was heard saying. "Chill out. Nobody touch me. Leave it at that."

Here is more footage of the incident earlier.

It didn't stop there. Briggs was also seen arguing with one of KSI's entourage, WKA World Champion Amer Abdallah, outside the venue and was captured pushing the 50-year-old by his throat.

"He shouldn't have come up to me," Briggs explained. "I'm not like that."

YouTuber KSI, who will fight Logan Paul later this evening, has reacted to the clips, and has suggested the commission should remove Briggs from the venue on fight night.

"So why is Briggs punching civilians now?" KSI Tweeted. "The commission should have you removed from the fight tomorrow."
