Current Heavyweight Stars' Rankings In Boxing's Four Major Organisations Revealed

Current Heavyweight Stars' Rankings In Boxing's Four Major Organisations Revealed

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have strengthened Britain's dominance over the heavyweight division by collectively holding the top spots in all four major boxing organisations.

Fury, 31, became the new kingpin of the WBC division after his sensational victory over fierce rival Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas last month.

The 'Gypsy King' now sits atop of the WBC throne, with interim champ Dillian Whyte right beneath him in the rankings.

Ex-WBC champ Wilder, who will exercise his rematch clause against Fury, is at the No 1 spot and Oleksandr Usyk holds down the No 2 position.

Joshua avenged his only defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr last December and is the current kingpin of the WBA, IBF and WBO divisions.

The 30-year-old Brit, who suffered a sensational defeat to Ruiz last June, returns to action on 20th June against IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev.

Ruiz, who hasn't fought since his defeat to 'AJ,' ranks in at high positions in all four organisations.

The 30-year-old former unified heavyweight champ is sixth for WBA and fifth for IBF, WBO and WBC.

Posted below are the rankings for each heavyweight fighter in boxing's four chief organisations.
