He was banned from the ring after being tested positive for nandrolone, but Tyson Fury is officially free to box again and the 'Gypsy King' is looking in great shape ahead of a huge return.

The 29-year-old looks sharp in training, as recent reports suggest that the 29-year-old has lost an incredible four stone as he prepares to face the heavyweight division once more.

Fury, who is looking towards a potential fight with champion Anthony Joshua, is using a new diet that includes seven meals. That's 3,500 calories in total.

Described as a high-fat, low-carb ketogenic diet, Fury is being advised by nutritionist Greg Marriott, who told the boxer to eat foods which are high in fats and low in carbohydrates.

Marriott spoke to Sky Sports about Fury's diet, as well as his return to the boxing ring:

"He has lost nearly four stone. But it's not just about the weight, you have to be mentally right as well. A happy fighter is a dangerous fighter." Marriot said.

"It's about weight management at the moment. He's not training hard while he's heavy because he's prone to injury, so he's doing low intensity stuff and managing his diet. He's breaking into training easily."

Marriot spoke about the amount of calories Fury consumes during a normal day, as well as the foods he eats:

"Tyson is on seven meals per day. In the morning he'll have low-carb rye bread, avocado, eggs and lean bacon. No sugars, like tomatoes." Marriot said.

He is on a ketogenic diet. People say that's a fad diet, but Tyson is doing low intensity training at the moment. A ketogenic diet consists of high fats, minimal carbohydrates and some protein."

Fury has been training at Ricky Hatton's gym as he bids to make a comeback, and a recent video from YouTube channel iFL TV has emerged of him fighting former featherweight champion Kid Galahad.

And as we mentioned earlier, Fury wants to fight the champion Anthony Joshua in 2018.

When SPORTbible interviewed Anthony Joshua...

The likes of Dillian Whyte, Deontay Wilder and even David Haye have been named among Joshua's possible opponents, but what we all want to see is Tyson 'Gypsy King' Fury in a ring with the WBA and IBF heavyweight champion.

What fight do you want to see? Thoughts on Tyson Fury's diet?
