YouTube star Jake Paul has launched a scathing attack on Floyd Mayweather after the boxing legend called him out for an exhibition fight.

Mayweather was initially set to face Paul's older brother, Logan, in an exhibition fight on 20th February before the clash was postponed.

However, the 43-year-old American superstar made a series of Instagram posts saying that he will "focus on several exhibitions" in 2021, including a rescheduled fight with Logan Paul.

The former five-weight world champ also vowed to face Logan's younger brother should he beat Ben Askren, along with calling out rap legend 50 Cent for a fight.

Jake, who has fought professionally twice, took to Instagram to respond to Mayweather's callout with a strange 'poem.'

The 24-year-old YouTuber pretended to read a copy of Henry Kissinger's Diplomacy (don't ask) and told Mayweather he would "love to fight" him.

Paul mocked Mayweather for helping to train ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, who was knocked out by Paul last November on the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr undercard.

And the American star also took a swipe at Mayweather's daughter expecting a child with rapper NBA YoungBoy.

Paul said: "Dear Mr Mayweather, who runs your Instagram? They need to get paid better.

"Do us a favour and stay off of social media. You should focus on learning to read, retirement or maybe an encyclopaedia.

"You call me out to fight, but you're half my height. You might beat my brother, but Jake Paul is a different type.

"F**k your proposition -- I don't do exhibitions. We can fight on my conditions: 50/50 commissions.

"Oh, and we haven't forgotten you tried training Nate to beat me, I left him unconscious on the canvas, let's hope you're not that easy. A quick NBA knockout, he's never boxing again.

"Speaking of NBA, who knocked up your daughter, my friend?

"After I KO Askren on Triller [on] April 17th, I would love to fight you Floyd and punch you in those fake veneer-a**e teeth."

Paul will face former UFC fighter Askren in an eight-round bout on 17th April.
