A three-minute YouTube clip of former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in training is going viral ahead of his bout against Jake Paul - and it has given fans an insight into his explosive power and speed ahead of fight night.
The 39-year-old will make his professional boxing debut against the YouTube personality in Miami on August 28.
Paul comes into the much-anticipated bout with convincing wins against AnEsonGib, Nate Robinson and Ben Askren under his belt, while Woodley hasn't won a bout since 2018, having lost his UFC welterweight championship to Kamaru Usman in 2019 and suffered three defeats since.
Despite some poor results in the Octagon of late, a confident Woodley thinks he will come out victorious in the third round - and based on footage of him working on the pads, amongst other drills, it's clear he has the potential to end Paul's winning streak.
Fans have picked up on the gulf in class between Woodley and the rest of Paul's opponents.

One fan commented: "He definitely looks way better than everyone Jake has fought. Woodley has a very good chance of beating him," while another said: "Tyron is not messing about, going full savage mode. Jake picked the wrong fight."
In addition to the above comments, one fan said: "Watching this compared to watching Ben Askew's training makes me feel more excited for this fight," with another reply saying: "The man knows how to fight already. A little tune-up and he's knocking Jake Paul out first round."
A side-by-side comparison of the pair in training gives further insight into their boxing ability ahead of fight night.
As you can see in the footage above, Woodley's punching power is undeniable. In fact, UFC president Dana White believes the former welterweight champion, who holds a professional MMA record of 19 wins and 7 losses, will knock out Paul in their boxing match.

He does, however, admit that 'The Chosen One' isn't the fighter he once was.
"Tyron Woodley has punching power," White told the Real Quick With Mike Swick podcast.
"Obviously, he's put a lot of dudes to sleep in his career. Tyron Woodley doesn't look like the Tyron Woodley of the past that was putting everybody to sleep. He hasn't won a fight in three years. He's going to be 40 years old. But, I will give it to (Jake Paul). He's at least stepping in there with a guy who can punch."
With huge knockout wins against some of the very best UFC had to offer down the years, Paul will surely be wary of Woodley's punching power come August 28.
