Footage of Logan Paul's 20 minute open workout has emerged online, and the American vlogger looks in great shape ahead of next month's blockbuster bout.

The 24-year-old, who will come up against fellow YouTuber KSI on November 9th, has been training with former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs in recent months.

And a confident Paul showcased his boxing skills alongside Briggs in Los Angeles as the world's media looked on.

Check out footage of Logan's workout below.

Paul looked in peak physical condition as he jabbed, skipped and performed a number of floor exercises.

But his opponent KSI was far from impressed with Logan's performance on the floor.

"It was pretty standard, I probably expected more from him." KSI said after watching the workout. "He was skipping for five-10 minutes and he just looked knackered.

"The jabs were weak, his hand positions were all over the place. There's a lot to decipher from that and compared to mine, he's finished.

KSI did, however, praise Paul for his physical condition with just 15 days to go until the bout at the Staples Center, Los Angeles.

"He looks really good, big, bulky and heavy. I'm sure that's going to do well for him over six rounds..."

Logan Paul shocked his fans earlier this week when he suggested he is suffering "brain damage" from sparring sessions.

"Sparring is a fast track to success because you get good quicker. However, it's dangerous." he said on his Snapchat.

"Boxing is a sport that goes hand-to-hand with brain damage. I don't know if you can tell, but I think I'm already suffering from it."

Thoughts on Logan Paul's latest workout? Will he beat KSI this time around?
